Latest Update (March 20, 2020)


As Cecil Bank continues to monitor the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and how we can best provide a safe and healthy place for our employees to work, and for our customers to visit, we have made the decision to limit access to our branch facilities.  Effective March 20, we will be operating with Drive-Thru Only access at our 7 branch locations.  Our self-service banking options will continue to be available for customers to use through our 24/7 ATMs, our Mobile Banking app, and through online banking.  Customers with specialized cash supply needs or who may require access to safe deposit boxes may make appointments to visit a branch. We will also continue to be available by phone by calling 410-398-1650. 

Use our digital tools to enroll in Online Banking, or download our Mobile Banking app through your Apple or Android phones.
